Job hunting combined with memories

I'm sitting in my vibrant orange room after a day of job hunting. As I write this my eyes are full of tears. I've been facebooking for... well longer then I'll admit here and stumbled into a photo album of a friends. Well... ok so he's not a friend. In fact I didn't know him to begin with when He added me but you know how you just "confirm" because you're "acquainted" with them? Well... it was one of those situations. Anyways, the album was full of pictures of Thai children and I began to cry. I don't know why but every time I see those beautiful faces my heart breaks over again. There's something deep in me that just longs to be back in an Asian culture. I miss it a lot.

Today my grandparents (who are snow birds... or whatever the saying is) got back from Arizona. I was able to show them my photo album from DTS and it was super sweet. They got to see all the different places and my grandma asked loads of questions. It's really nice to get to relive my trip every now and then.

I wrote this little poem the other day. I hope it'll encourage... whoever reads this. :)

Faithful you have been
And faithful you will be
Until you have completed this good work in me

I'm sorry for the times I fret and worry
Not seeing your perfect plan
That brings you glory

For faithful you have been
And faithful you will be
Until you have completed this good work in me

For just as vast as is the sea
So is your love
Poured out for me

Faithful you have been
And faithful you will be
Until you have completed this good work in me

And when I meet you face-to-face
I hope you'll say, "you ran a good race..."

For faithful you have been
And faithful you will continue to be
Because you have completed this good work in me

Well... it's back to the job applications! So far I've applied everywhere. If you know of anything that doesn't fall under that category let me know!

God bless you all!
