Reasons:
1. I want to document this year fully. I want to capture the experiences and memories I have. However, writing just isn't doing it for me... I have found an alternative.
2. Photos-gotta love them. They do all that story telling for you.
3. It gives me great experience. I will be able to get better at what I'm already TRYING to get better at by simply doing it... right?
Rules:
1. one picture a day
2. post 7 pictures a week (which by hey way is the whole week of pictures) on blog and possibly facebook... if I take the time to do that part
3. Do NOT stop. I know it's may get annoying and tedious but that's fine... deal. Just do it cuz.
I am a week late for this year but I start today: January 10th, 2011. Just cuz. ;) I will comment (it's possible anyways) on hopefully one of the pictures I post per week... now I just need to figure out HOW to post pictures on this blog that I have on my computer... hmph
Jesus loves you and stuff
On another note I got the lowest grade today that I think I have EVER gotten on a quiz. I am taking an online class and p.s. just because you don't have class time for an online class doesn't mean you don't need to invest that much time in studying... just in case you were wondering.
I got called a stoner for the first time while I was swing dancing Sunday night. Honestly, I didn't know how to respond. AND I got invited to a Rave which you know I'm all about... (note to the parents that I know will read this and worry-I am not going)
I just purchased thanks to the money I received for my b-day and Christmas a canon 50D SLR camera with a 28-135 mm lens. It's kinda awesome...although to be honest I have NO idea how to use it. I am having a really hard time with the Av priority setting simply because I changed something in the menu but don't know WHAT. Yah the first time I went into the menu I think the only setting I recognized was delete. BUT it came with two three hrs. training sessions with a Canon expert somethin somethin so I'm going to those. :)
I am in a blackandwhite film class and got to spend this weekend taking photos with two of my best friends. It was quite nice but quite cold. Can we just talk about how cold it has been for a second? Ouch. My face this morning at the bus stop was thoroughly uncomfortable and not just that slight uncomfortable that you feel when it's ...well... cold but it was just beyond that. I have not experienced snow for two years and I was fine with that. Although the beauty of it is nice I don't really grasp the concept behind snow and Seattle... they just don't work well together. Ok no one cares bye.
God Bless,
-Shanna
p.s. Carter and Eleya are disgustingly cute
